Photographs should be professionally done. The Editor reserves the right
to reject any picture which does not conform to the high standard of the
publication. All prices include typesetting/artwork cost.
The Himalayan World Directory and The Atlantic Himalayan Club will not be
held responsible for typographical errors, missprints, or mistakes.
Final deadline for receipt of ads is June 1, 2011. Send all

If you need design assistance with your ad, please plan to make arrangements with your photographer to have high res files sent to me ASAP. Also send me an email stating exactly what information you wish to have included in your ad, and if you have specific design ideas/color preferences, etc, include that as well. If you have a very specific idea, you are welcome to send me a sketch and I will do my best to replicate it.
If you are designing your own ad, you can turn it in at the last minute, but you must have a good understanding of image resolution (do NOT upscale lower res images!), and need to be mindful of the resolution requirements:
All ads need to be at least 300 dpi.
A full page ad needs to be 2550x3300 pixels
A half page ad needs to be 2550x1650
A quarter page ad needs to be 1275x1650
A business card ad needs to be 1050x600

The listing charge for non-members is $35.00 - a list with your name and
address will appear under the appropriate state or country, along with
a reference to your primary ad. The listing fee includes a FREE copy
of the World Directory.
